Maintenance of the device
Please observe the following points:

In order to avoid incorrect (too high) CO values from being displayed, check the Purafil filter cartridge prior to each measurement. As soon as the first third of the violet-red granulate turns grayish brown or when moisture becomes visible (dark granulates), the whole cartridge or the granulate must be replaced. -
When filling the cartridge, replace both synthetic fiber wads. Only use artificial fiber wads. -
When filling with granulate, place cartridge on hard surface, tap and fill to the top. -
When opening the cartridge, unscrewing the caps avoids damaging the O-rings. -
Correct handling prevents faults and the operating life of the sensors is extended. -
After each measuring operation, the water separator must be emptied and kept open, allowing them to dry out. Leaking condensate may damage the analyzer. Caution: do not loose seral. -
The hoses may not be kinked. -
Regularly clean the gas extraction probe and hoses.

Important
The analyzer should be revised by an anapol approved service location at least once a year or every 1000 operating hours.
If the analyzer is only used during a certain period, the analyzer must be revised prior to this period.
